MOSS is seeking to recruit to 2 fulfilling Outreach Case Manager roles supporting mostly older people across the Northern Metropolitan Region of Melbourne. These are both 3 days per week appointments with the Connections Program (Broadmeadows) and the Housing Support for the Aged (HSAP) program (Brunswick).
