    Part Time

    We’re seeking a passionate and organised Volunteer Coordinator to lead our volunteer program. This role involves recruiting, training, and supporting volunteers across multiple services, helping to create rewarding experiences that align with both organisational needs and community impact. You’ll work closely with staff and volunteers to build a vibrant, inclusive, and responsive program.

    About you

    You’re a strong communicator and relationship builder who thrives on supporting others. You bring initiative, empathy, and great organisational skills, along with a genuine commitment to community development and social justice. Experience coordinating volunteers or working in community services will be highly regarded.
