Catchment Youth Refuge

The Catchment Youth Refuge provides essential support to young people and their children in order to address the root causes of homelessness.

Who is the program for?

This program is for young people who are homeless and their children. This includes single young people 16-25 years old, including young parents and children.

What are the objectives of the program?

Catchment Youth Refuge provides safe and secure short-term crisis accommodation and support to young people and families who are accommodated here. The refuge has a very homelike environment that is staffed 24/7 and is located in Inner Melbourne. Workers at the refuge support young people to address issues that may have led to their homelessness and prevented them from sustaining longer-term housing.
