A wonderful opportunity to join the purpose-driven team of the Older Persons High Rise Accommodation Support Program (OPHRASP) in a temporary position to 30 April 2022. The position supports residents with a focus on short term linkages using a short-term case management support model.

This role will be based primarily at Northcote, however, on occasions required to work in Brunswick.
